The two most popular visas are general Tourist Visas and Non-Technical Business Visas. Below are the basic requirements we need to process each of these visas. Please mail us the following:

Tourist Visas

1. Your physical passport—valid for 6 months. We can renew U.S. passports.

2. Completed Brazil Fiesta Visa Information Form.

3. Completed online visa application and print out one page protocol visa application form.

4. Passport-type photo attached to your one page protocol.

 

5. Copy of your travel itinerary showing entry into and out of Brazil

 

6. Xerox copy of driver's license or utility bill.

7. Official US Postal Service Money Order made payable to the Brazilian Consulate for $150.00.

8. $50 service fee made payable to: Brazil Fiesta , in check or money order plus shipping fees if prepaid shipping is not included.

Additional: All children under 18 require a photocopy of their birth certificate for all visa types. Children traveling with only one parent must supply notarized Child Authorization Form or proof of sole custody.

Non-Technical Business Visas

1. Your physical passport—valid for 6 months. We can renew U.S. passports.

2. Completed Brazil Fiesta Visa Information Form.

3. Completed visa application form.

4. Passport-type photo attached to your application.

5. Copy of your travel itinerary showing entry into and out of Brazil.

6. Letter written on company letterhead explaining nature of business within Brazil.

7. Official US Postal Service Money Order made payable to the Brazilian Consulate for $200.00.

8. $60 service fee for residential addresses within the Brazilian Consulate General San Francisco jurisdiction, or $85.00 service fee for all other Brazilian Consulate jurisdictions, plus shipping fees made payable to Al Monteiro in a check or money order
