Brazil Fiesta now offers a passport renewal service for who require a renewal for their U.S. Passports. The Brazilian Consulate requires a passport be valid for 6 months from the date of intended travel on your Brazilian visa. If your passport has already expired, will expire within 6 months of your intended travel into Brazil, or would prefer to have a passport valid for 10-years from when we renew it - Brazil Fiesta can help.
Below is the list of requirements to renew your U.S. Passport. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.
1. Your most recent passport. Issued at age 16 or older in your current name and issued within the past 15 years. If your passport is mutilated or damaged, you must apply for a new passport. If the name you are currently using differs from the name on your most recent passport, you must submit a marriage certificate or court order showing the change of name.
2. DSP0082 Application Form.
3. Two photos. They must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Please note that these pictures are separate from the picture(s) you will need for your Brazilian visa.
4. You must complete a letter of authorization and attach it to your application. The passport agency cannot discuss any problems you may have with your application without your permission. Letter of Authorization (.DOC) format OR Letter of Authorization (.PDF) format
5. Copy of travel Itinerary.
