The following terms and conditions apply to conducting business with Brazil Fiesta whether it be live, via telephone, or through this website and internet communications.

Visa Service

PROCESSING
Brazil Fiesta processes visas in accordance to the consulate’s requirements for approval. The decision to grant or not grant a visa, as well as requests for additional documentation, is entirely up to the discretion of the Brazilian Consulate. The duration and restrictions placed on any issued visas are entirely decided upon by the Consulate. Brazil Fiesta cannot guarantee requests for visa duration as the decision is entirely the Consulate's. Brazil Fiesta verifies visa type and duration after the Consulate issues the visa.

Brazil Fiesta does not supply travel itineraries to visa customers unless travel has already been purchased and paid for through our travel department.

Visas are processed in the order they are received. We travel to the consulate once every day that they are open and accepting applications.

Brazil Fiesta does not release visas back to the client until all related fees have arrived in our office.

RUSH visas are not guaranteed to be approved and delivered within the rush-service timeframe – the consulate may reject the visa.

Customers are responsible for requesting faster delivery (Overnight, Priority Overnight) and/or RUSH service if required to meet travel obligations.

REFUNDS & FEES
Customers denied a visa are entitled a full refund minus $25.00 plus shipping.

Customers who send passports with an already valid visa for Brazil are entitled to a full refund minus $25.00 plus shipping.

There are no refunds provided for our visa service after the visa has been stamped in your passport. Failure to travel or to forfeit their entry after the 90-day time period expires is the responsibility of the passenger.

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 surcharge.

SHIPPING PASSPORTS & DOCUMENTS
Our service utilizes FedEx or USPS Priority Mail to ship your documents back to you. You can request FedEx 2Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Saturday Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation with our Visa Information Form.

Travel Service

RESERVATIONS
A deposit in the amount of $150 is required in order to request services - $250 is required for New Years or Carnaval Reservations. The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Brazil Fiesta Tours. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive written notification of the intent to cancel.

The following cancellation penalty table does not apply to clients traveling to our Fishing Adventure destinations. Please review our Fishing Adventure Terms and Conditions for the cancellation policy and penalties for those tours.

In addition, any unrecoverable expenses and/or cancellation charges imposed by the airlines, or other suppliers of travel services, will be assessed.

Brazil Fiesta recommends anybody traveling to Brazil to purchase a travel insurance policy. Travel insurance provides coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage delay or loss, medical/dental expenses, emergency assistance, and accident insurance. PROGRAM PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Items not specifically listed under “Price Includes” are not included in the program price. In addition, extra transportation that is not part of the itinerary, transfers, passport and visa fees, insurance, departure taxes, inspection fees and airport taxes, excess baggage, additional meals, laundry services, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature are not included in the program price.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
Neither any other ARC or IATAN carrier shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect or through the acts of omissions of any person or company performing or rendering the services, other than carriage by air described in this tour brochure. The services described in this tour brochure other than carriage by air furnished by any other ARC or IATAN carrier are furnished by independent contractors who are not servants of, nor joint venture or partners.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Brazil Fiesta acts only in the capacity of agent in making the arrangements for transportation, hotels and other services, and does not assume any liability whatsoever for an injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company, or person rendering nay of the services included in the tour program, or caused by force majeure. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond its control. No responsibility is accepted for any omission, delay, rerouting, additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or documents or acts of any government authority. The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of a tour program and to refuse to retain any member of the program. The right is reserved to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels. Neither the airlines nor the public transportation companies concerned are to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the participant is not aboard the aircraft or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the airlines and public carriers, when issued, shall be the sole contract between the carrier and participant. Price quotes valid based on industry offering. All prices are subject to change without notice. Airfares included in tour prices are not guaranteed, and are subject to change per notification from the airlines used. Any additional surcharges for fuel, etc., imposed by the airlines are not included.
