The Brazilian Consulate requires that applicants for Brazilian visas have two (2) consecutive visa pages available within their passport in order to get a visa. Brazil Fiesta now offers a passport service to obtain additional visa pages for your U.S. Passport.
Brazil Fiesta can process your additional passport pages directly with the U.S. Department of State. Below is our list of requirements to process additional visa pages within your U.S. Passport.
1. Your valid passport. Passports must be valid for six (6) months from the date of intended travel to Brazil. You will need to renew your U.S. Passport if it expires within that timeframe.
2. DSP-19 Application Form.
3. Copy of travel Itinerary.
4. You must complete a letter of authorization and attach it to your application. The passport agency cannot discuss any problems you may have with your application without your permission. Letter of Authorization (.DOC) format OR Letter of Authorization (.PDF) format
Total fees for additional visa pages within a U.S. Passport are $110.00 for our standard 48 hour service. These fees include all U.S. Department of State fees as well as our service fee. We will process your Brazilian visa the following business day after we retrieve your passport from the U.S. Passport Office.
